Welcome to Bonnie’s Bakery, where we bake with love and passion. It all began in 2011 when our Chief Baking Officer, Bonnie D’Silva, left her corporate job to follow her heart and pursue her dream of opening a Parisian-styled bakery in Mumbai. With the support of her loving husband Mark, Bonnie poured her heart and soul into creating a unique bakery experience that would transport her customers to a world of heavenly cakes and desserts.
