Welcome to Bonnie’s Bakery, where we strive to make “Every Bite Feel Like Home.” It all began in 2011 when Bonnie D’Silva, left her career with the aviation industry to follow her heart and pursue her dream of opening a Parisian-styled bakery in Mumbai. Today the focus is on integrating the science of food and health to create nutritious and delicious baked goods. So if your focus is health we are curating baked products for you, If you feel your sweet child needs something for their sweet tooth then come over and if its just enjoy some good treats as you have a treadmill or a ground then walk in.
We make a variety of items catering to your daily needs be it cakes, pastries, breads, custom cakes, wedding cakes but what we still do and will continue to do is – handcrafted for you and with you and yours in mind made and packed with love. For us at Bonnie’s Bakery it is no longer about our signature dish its about the lasting impression it leaves with you. For us you are the story and the signature isn’t in our ovens its in you.
