Refund and Returns Policy

At Bonnie’s Bakery, every cake we bake is a testament to our commitment to quality and the passion we hold for serving our patrons with the finest confections. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here’s our policy to ensure clarity and satisfaction:

  1. No Refund on Confirmation: After your order is confirmed, we initiate the baking process tailored to your specific needs. As such, we cannot offer refunds for custom cakes, made-to-order cakes, and counter cakes once the order has been confirmed.
  2. Exception – Damages & Freshness: While our cakes are baked to perfection, if you find any issues related to damages or freshness, please bring it to our attention at the earliest. We will thoroughly evaluate the concern and if validated, will initiate the necessary refund or replacement process.

Steps to Report an Issue:

  • Contact our customer service within 3 hours of receiving your cake.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence showcasing the damage or the issue related to freshness.
  • Allow us 2-3 business days to investigate and provide a resolution.
  1. Refund Process: Upon validation of your claim, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
  2. Our Promise: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every cake is a piece of art and love, crafted just for you. Should there be any concerns, rest assured we will do our utmost to address them in the most satisfactory manner.
